These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pointspaid.com and any transaction facilitated by PointsPaid ("we", "us", "our"). By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

PointsPaid connects holders of credit card rewards points (Amex Membership Rewards, Chase Ultimate Rewards, HSBC Rewards, and similar programs) with flight bookings that can be completed using their own points balance, through the cardholder's own official bank or airline travel portal. We then pay the cardholder in cash based on the number of points applied.

2. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that any points balance you discuss with us belongs to you and was earned legitimately in accordance with your card issuer's terms.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with your own card issuer's and airline's terms of service when completing any booking.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide us, including points balances, card types, and contact details.
• You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this arrangement.

3. Rates and payouts

Rates published on our site are indicative and may change at any time based on market conditions, booking availability, and program terms. Final payout amounts are confirmed with you before a booking is completed and are based on the points actually applied to a confirmed booking.

4. No guarantee of matching or timing

While we aim to match points balances to bookings within 1–3 days, this timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee. Booking availability depends on our client base and market conditions at any given time.

5. No affiliation with banks or airlines

PointsPaid is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Express, JPMorgan Chase, HSBC, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, or any other financial institution or airline referenced on this site.

6. Compliance

Our model is designed so that you complete bookings yourself, through your own official portal, using your own points — consistent with normal program usage. We do not ask you to transfer points to a third-party account. You remain responsible for ensuring your own use of your points complies with your card issuer's terms at all times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PointsPaid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to changes in program terms, account actions taken by a bank or airline, or fluctuations in point valuations.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PointsPaid operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
